Allyson S. Krueger

In addition to her active employment law practice, Allyson enjoys working as a trainer and advisor to employers in all areas of employment law.

Allyson has substantial experience advising and representing employers and individuals in the state and federal courts, in private arbitration and before administrative agencies. Her practice emphasizes employment advice work, policy review, investigating workplace misconduct and litigating employment cases involving contract, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and various tort claims as well as cases involving trade secrets, confidentiality, non-competition and/or non-solicitation agreements.

Allyson is a frequent speaker on a variety of employment law topics. She has given presentations for the Oregon State Bar Association, the Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries, the Society for Human Resource Management, and many other organizations. Allyson is also the chair of the Oregon State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section and has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2005. Allyson has been named one of America's Leading Lawyers for Business, Employment Law, Chambers, USA, 2007 - 2009.
