Alison first entered the trucking industry in 2000 when she began work as a senior adjuster. She possesses extensive knowledge about trucking, general liability, and cargo.

After finishing college, Alison started working as an insurance claims adjuster, advancing in that career quickly. Alison first entered the trucking industry in 2000 when she began work as a senior adjuster for a third party administrator of commercial and trucking claims. She possesses extensive knowledge about trucking, general liability, and cargo. As an adjuster, she was responsible for evaluating claims, maintaining a large case load, indentifying and efficiently developing liability and damage defenses, interpreting policy language, and resolving coverage disputes.

In 2005, Alison decided to expand her education and pursue a career as a lawyer. Wanting to stay connected to the industry, she attended law school full time while continuing to work as an adjuster. She did so successfully, maintaining both a substantial case load and a commendable grade point average. After the arduous journey, she is thrilled to join Hitt Hiller Monfils & Williams LLP. Alison brings to her career as a lawyer the wisdom, experience and efficiency developed during her years working as an adjuster. She knows the importance of timely succinct reporting, the importance of resolving cases in a timely manner, and the importance of quickly getting to the heart of a claim.

During her free time Alison is an avid reader and outdoor enthusiast and enjoys snowboarding, rafting, fishing, and hiking.
