Danny L. Hitt, Jr.

Danny became an Oregon bar-licensed attorney in 1983 and subsequently joined the Washington bar. Danny semi-retired in 2018 and fully retired in 2019; he is no longer licensed as an attorney. In his 35 years of full-time practice, Danny was frequently in trial on cases of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, employment and business disputes throughout Oregon and Washington. Danny’s well-deserved reputation within the legal community is that he is a formidable trial lawyer who is always extremely prepared and quick on his feet.

Danny spends a good part of the year in Palm Springs playing tennis, golfing and enjoying life.
